4. Fees and Payment Terms

Top Dubai Elite operates on a commission-based model. We receive a percentage of the fees paid for modeling assignments booked through our agency. Commission rates are specified in individual representation agreements with models.

All payments for bookings are processed through our agency. Models receive payment according to the terms specified in their representation agreements, typically within 30-60 days of completed assignments.

4.3 Client Payment Obligations

Clients agree to pay all agreed-upon fees for modeling services. Payment terms are specified in booking confirmations and contracts. Late payments may incur additional charges as permitted by law.

4.4 Cancellation Fees

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled booking may incur cancellation fees. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in individual booking agreements.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

While we strive to provide excellent service, we make no warranties regarding the success of modeling careers, booking frequency, or income potential. Modeling is a competitive field with inherent uncertainties.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
